The swelog terminal prompt mark

swelog

Track your daily accomplishments in Obsidian. Write notes as you work, fetch external data, and file it away with one command.

Capture as you go

Keep the day’s raw notes in WORK.md, in the same Obsidian vault as everything else you write.

File the day

swelog log moves WORK.md into a dated daily log and hands you a clean work file for tomorrow.

Pull in real activity

Fetch the pull requests you opened and merged from GitHub, the issues assigned to you from Linear, and the meetings you had from Google Calendar.

Summarize with an LLM (optional)

Turn on swelog summarize when you want raw notes rewritten into a polished log, using Ollama, OpenAI, or OpenRouter.

Swelog runs entirely on your own computer. There is no swelog account and no swelog server, so your notes and credentials never reach us. Nothing leaves your machine until you opt into an integration or summarization. See the Privacy Policy for what the tool stores, what it sends over the network, and what happens to the notes you hand to a language model, and the Terms of Service for the terms you agree to by using it.
